Mrs. Childers is our Administrative Interventionist and new to NWSA. She has worked with children, at risk youth, teens and young adults with behavioral and developmental diagnosis for more than 7 years. She supports admin with discipline and consequences and focuses on restorative practices with students in a personal and group setting.
