The mission of the Pineville Elementary Counseling department is to provide access to an equitable, student centered environment that holds high expectations for academic achievement, personal/social interactions, and career development for each student in a warm, caring environment that values cultural diversity.  We will collaborate with our stakeholders to provide every student with a comprehensive school counseling program.  We will eliminate barriers that impede students  from becoming effective lifelong learners.  Our success will be measured by analyzing outcome data.
