Address Changes
精东传媒 requires that you now submit two (2) proofs of Mecklenburg County residency when you are changing your address. Complete the Change of Address form and turn in with your two proofs of residency. Address changes cannot be made unless two (2) proofs of residency are provided at time of request. All address changes must be completed in person between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. or by appointment. Please be advised that an address change may affect transportation.

*Special Notice Tdap Vaccine and Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine for all 7th graders. North Carolina state law requires all 7th grade students to receive one dose of Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine. Your child will need to bring a copy of the shot record to school on the first day of 7th grade. After the 30th day of school, students who are not in compliance will not be allowed to attend school, per state law. Please contact your health care provider or the Mecklenburg County Health Department to schedule an appointment.
