• By NC Statute, any school designated as low performing must notify parents of this designation and allow for the opportunity to provide feedback on the school improvement plan. Cochrane Collegiate Academy received a School Performance Grade of D and a growth designation of Meet Growth for the 2023–2024 school year. Although we are committed to improving this score, it is important to remember that just as no one single score or grade tells the whole story of a student, neither does it tell you everything about the performance of a school or the opportunities that our school provides. We have developed and implemented a rigorous model for instruction that will allow us to monitor progress and provide our scholars with any needed support as they work to master the content in all of their classes.

Additional information about this designation can be found in the document linked below. (Provided in English & Spanish) We invite all CCiA stakeholders to review the information and provide any feedback that will assist us in our continuing efforts to ensure academic excellence. Please contact the school if you have any additional questions. Thank you for your continued support.
