Be PROACTIVE
Have honest conversations with your scholars
1:1 5 minute conversations
2. Positive Reinforcement
Recognize any good thing they do
Have a rewards system
Go to/participate in their extra curricular activities
3. Parental connections
Put a positive spin on all phone calls
Each parent should think their scholar is “your favorite”
