Transportation Changes

  • Chantilly Montessori takes very seriously our responsibility to make sure each child is sent home on the correct transportation (car or bus) at the end of each day.  On any day when you need to change your child’s transportation, the office must have a note or email from the parent no later than noon.   Therefore, written parental permission assures us that we are sending your child home the way you have planned.  Please keep these changes to a minimum

    If you are picking up a GROUP of children on a regular basis (i.e., soccer practice every Wednesday), you must have provided prior written permission from all parents of children involved and you must have a DASHBOARD SIGN with every child's name on it in order to pick them up.   Students cannot be assigned to buses nor bus stops changed at the building level.  Any changes in ridership must occur via an Alternate Stop application through ¾«¶«´«Ã½ Transportation.  Changes cannot be made at the building level.  Students will only have bus transportation as assigned through PowerSchool and EveryInfo.  You may visit the or contact them via phone at (980) 343-6715.

    If you need to make changes to the people who are approved to pick up your child on the Emergency Form, please do so in writing.  You can stop by the office to make the change, send a note, or send us an email no later than noon [the date of the change].
